NextGen Student Ministry
The NextGen ministry at Good News Church is comprised of students in grades 6-10 – and their families! This ministry exists to REACH non-believing students, CONNECT them with other Christians, help them GROW in their faith, DISCOVER their ministry and HONOR God with their lives!
We want to create a Christ-centered community that embraces difficult questions, explores stories of faith and cultivates young people to approach life from a Christ-centered perspective.
The vast majority of the teens at NextGen are English speakers and attend our English-speaking service. Teens also have small group time after the Service in English. Additionally, NextGen teens have activities outside of the church services and small group. These activities create opportunities to go through life as a community and are focused specifically on how teen’s faith relates to their everyday lives.
