A Church for All Nations

This sermon from the series “The Church Christ Builds” focuses on a powerful truth revealed in the Acts of the Apostles:

The Church of Jesus Christ is for all nations, without exception.

At the center of the message is the story of how God breaks cultural, ethnic, and religious barriers to bring people into one family through Christ.

🔹 Key insights:

1. God shows no partiality

God does not favor one nation, culture, or background over another.

The Gospel is not limited by ethnicity, status, or tradition — it is for all people.

This truth is clearly revealed in the encounter between Peter the Apostle and Cornelius the Centurion, where God shows that no one should be considered “unclean” if He has called them.

2. Salvation is through Christ alone

Salvation is not found in religion, morality, or cultural identity, but only in Jesus Christ.

Every person — regardless of background — must come to God the same way: through faith in Christ.

The Gospel unites people not around culture, but around the Savior.

3. The Holy Spirit confirms who belongs to God

The ultimate confirmation of salvation is not external tradition, but the work of the Holy Spirit.

When the Spirit came upon the Gentiles, it became undeniable that God had accepted them fully — just as He had the Jews.

The same Spirit is given to all who believe.
